I honestly join the 30 day challenge because I needed help getting back motivated into working out and eating right and plus my birthday was around the corner and I wanted to fit back into a small. Before this challenge I was a solid medium and definitely could not fit a small. By the end of week 2 I ordered my birthday dresses in all size small and to my surprise could fit into everything!🙌🏿 I loved the easy meal plan, workouts and daily motivational texts!🥰 I’m going to do this challenge for another 30 days!
Coach Trice puts the plan right in your hands one step at a time, from the workout to the grocery list. I joined coach Trice 3 week abb challenge and couldn’t have made a better decision. The exercises were easy to do right from the comfort of my home, required little to no equipment and the grocery list was definitely budget friendly (lol). My whole overall experience and results was great. I’ll definitely do it again, and you should too.

I am so happy I chose to do the 21 day workout challenge from Catrice! I am so amazed at the results in such a short period of time! It was right on time because I needed the push she gave me to get back at it with healthy living! I lost inches and 4lbs! Amazing! In just 14 days, my stomach became flatter! I had noticeable progress all around, tbh. The workouts challenged me and the food choices were delicious! I can tell that my core is stronger, too. My favorite part was the daily affirmation statements, though. Coach Trice did her thing! 😊
